contested match at Leasingham.

The Ron White Shield Competition was held at the
Castle Bowls Club. A very good day's bowling was had by the sixteen
teams that took part. The winning team was Jubilee Park led by Judith
Branthwaite, The "home" team Castle finished a close second. My thanks
to the members of the Castle Bowls Club for all their efforts to make
this a memorable day.
